Digital editions of Camp and Plant are now available on our website! Camp and Plant is a CF&I publication that was produced weekly, from 1901-1904, by Dr. Richard Corwin’s Sociological Department. Its purpose was to inform employees about the various activities and happenings at the company’s steel mill, coal mines, iron mines, and quarries. In it are reports contributed by correspondents from CF&I’s mining towns and the steel mill, as well as numerous photographs, maps and advertisements from Pueblo at the turn of the century. Indicative of the multinational composition of the company workforce, some articles in Camp and Plant were written in German, Spanish, Italian and Slovenian. Now all of these publications can be viewed by clicking on the links below, or by visiting the Camp and Plant page here on our website.
